If you have not already experienced it, you may be wondering what hypnotherapy can offer you. Similarly you may have some understandable reservations, and I will be happy to talk these through and resolve them during the free 20 minute consultation in our first session.
Hypnotherapy is recognised as a powerful tool in creating change to well-established habits, restrictive emotions and negative beliefs.
Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation, with heightened focused awareness. It is a gentle and effective way of dealing with a whole range of issues, and just a few sessions could make a huge difference to your life.
As with any therapy, it is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist and have an idea of what to expect, so in our first session I will begin by telling you briefly about the way I work.
Whether you have a specific goal in mind (eg: weight loss, stop smoking, overcome phobias) or whether you seek help with inhibiting feelings (eg: lack of confidence, low self-esteem, poor body image, anger, performance anxiety, fear of failure), I truly welcome the opportunity to help you.
